 Zanussi ZDI101X permanent drain

Post by xxxservice »

Hi all! zanussi ZDI101X The truth is somewhere nearby, but I just can’t find it. Everything started well. During the inspection, it became clear that the microphone in the door opening mechanism was broken; the machine considered the door open all the time. I block the microphone so that the door is always considered closed. I check, it starts to wash. Hooray! I turn off the program, assemble the panel, push it back - it doesn’t work, it drains all the time, immediately when you turn on any program - it drains, endlessly, then an error: flashing start and the end of the wash twice (drain error). If you reset the launch hold, then when you try to start the program - the same thing. Naturally, I check the pan and the sensor in the pan (there is a primitive microphone and a float) - everything is fine, the switch is working, the pan is dry. I don’t see any more sensors that determine the presence of water in the car in this device. The pump pumps and drains water, but it does it endlessly. And most importantly, I saw that she was working, literally just now. Still at a dead end. The machine there is a simple one, in fact, there seems to be nothing to break. Just in case, I looked at the level sensors, there are two of them: the pipes are not clogged, both sensors react to pressure, and even when there is no water in the machine, their resistance is infinite, i.e. they are not involved at all. And there’s nothing else to see there.
Oh, well, there is also an aquastop, it seems, I haven’t looked in this direction yet, but nothing is flowing anywhere.
Give me some ideas.

Error 20 (two blinks). I only found a Turkish manual:
The drain system is clogged (no, the water is leaving)
The drain pump is jammed (no, the pump is working, pumping out water)
The level pressure switch is blocked in the TELE position (1 -3) (???)
The hydraulic line of the pressure switch is blocked (???)
Cable break or faulty board

If you consider the pressure switch option, then:
What is the TELE position (1-3)?
There are clean pipes, they are purged without problems.
There are two pressure switches, simple, without power, working to change the resistance. Moreover, in a situation where there is no pressure on them (no water), they are in endless resistance. And they are precisely in this infinite resistance after the pump pumps out the water. It turns out, by this logic, they cannot be the cause. Am I wrong?

Clean the pressure switch chamber from accumulations - a typical problem with the brand
