Bosh smv40e10eu/17 (~2009). When turned on, it stopped "normally" drawing water - 1-1.5 minutes after switching on, the "faucet" and "end" lights up on the panel after "preparation" mmm to work.
But if you interrupt the "preparation" for work at a certain stage by opening the door, namely after starting:
1. ~25 seconds "noisy" - the pump is running (probably?)
2. ~5 seconds silence
3. ~10 seconds some more noise (I don’t know what’s happening at this time - probably some kind of diagnostics?)
4 open and close the door PMM - immediately draws water and regularly washes the cycle completely
If at stage 3 the door is not opened, then the "noise" will continue for ~30 seconds (?), after which it will go silent - when the door is opened, the "faucet"+"end" will light up.
The impression of a "kettle" - when turned on, the remaining water is pumped out, then some kind of diagnostics is launched, which detects a malfunction(?) and stops the program, but if the diagnostic program(?) is interrupted at the moment by opening the door , then when the door is closed, the program continues immediately from the next stage (water collection) and normally completes the cycle.
Question - what could be the problem problem such a malfunction?

Have you figured out the problem? I have the same. I can not understand.
Re: PMM Bosh - starting with a “tambourine” (the faucet is on)
I didn’t bother to figure it out, I bought a new one (after all, the old PMM is already 12 years old), the “new” one is still in the package. The old one continues to be washed from November 2002 to the present day every day according to the above method - i.e. turning on, the normal drainage of the remaining water begins, then the diagnostics “buzzes”, we open and close the door (interrupting the diagnostics) - then everything fills up normally and is washed. I can determine these stages by ear, the children simply "slam" the door 30-35 seconds after switching on.
PS What I could check myself - everything works, the experts "from the Internet" immediately named 2 different ones based on the description reasons in one repair cost (~ half the cost of a new PMM; for a 12-year-old PMM, such repairs are no longer practical)
