PMM IKEA VALGJORD, 36-37 volts come to the heating element, and constantly, as soon as you turn on the PMM, these 36 volts immediately sit on the heating element. Of course, all cycles are without heating. Error: iE0 - couldn’t find the explanation anywhere...

I have the same problem (36V on the heater).
Can you tell me if flashing/repairing the control board helped? Which board was repaired, the one that directly supplies voltage to the heater (in my case, it is installed on the rear wall at the very bottom)?
