I can’t remove the top tray for forks, knives, etc. because the large plastic piece is stuck behind the sprinkler arm. I can stick my hand in, I need to remove the rotating cap and then I can pull out the part. Question: How do you remove the cap? I tried it with my hand and it doesn’t feel right to the touch. Can use a screwdriver to pick it up
