Model SMV 63M00EU. The dishes in the upper basket are not washed. First of all, the inside of the cups remains covered in dried tea leaves and food debris. The car is 6 years old. The last six months have been getting worse and worse.

Thank you for your response. I forgot to write that I removed the upper impeller and examined it carefully. There are no blockages. Apparently, there is insufficient water pressure supplied to it. The lower one is normal, and the upper one is insufficient.
