After turning on the power, the drain pump immediately starts for 30 seconds (I don’t remember if it was like this before), then the pump turns off and the washing motor starts for 30 seconds. Then the PMM turns off. During all this time, water does not flow through the fill valve. The water poured into the PMM with a ladle is quickly drained when the pump is running, new water does not enter.
I started the PMM with the body removed, saw the pump working, and watched the transparent hose at the top of the PMM coming from the filling valve. I also checked:
1. The filter at the inlet to the inlet hose (at the connection to the water supply): clean, water flows through the hose freely, with decent outlet pressure.
2. Condition of the electrical connectors of the filler valve: not soured, not damaged.
3. Drain hose connected to the sewer: clean, freely blown.
4. Leaks: no, the pan is dry.
For now I rule out leakage and activation of the aquastop, but I will test it later in disassembled form. If the aqua-stop had worked, I think the machine would not have worked after manually filling it with water. Right?
I suspect the fill valve or the brown part connected to it, the purpose of which I don’t yet know. Presumably this is a relay or sensor. Attaching photo. Further steps to determine the breakdown? Tell me about the brown part connected to the valve: what is it, its purpose, how to check its serviceability?

The brown part turned out to be a posistor. This became clear when I opened the case. The case has latches and can be opened without damage. A posistor tablet fell out of there:

For 250 rub. I bought a new valve VAL111UN (alternative codes: 92210368, VAL011UN, 62AB005, 481281729053). You can also search for the valve using the word "KEN", they are installed on washing machines, incl. I assembled a PMM with a new valve and an old posistor. PMM worked correctly.
Just in case, I’m posting a photo of the valve and posistor from a different angle:
