This is not the first time that the Candy Trio 9501 dishwasher has stopped filling with water.
The program starts, but there are no operating sounds. After about three minutes an error signal is issued.
The existing water is also not drained.
I called the experts twice with the same story. According to the craftsmen, they changed the heating element, removed it a second time and put on the drain hose.
I can’t say whether this was really the question.
After that, after a couple of months, the question is repeated. nAt the same time, the machine has been problematic in recent years. If you don’t fill it with boiling water once a week, then during the washing process the PMM stops and starts beeping and giving an error.
What could this be? I would be grateful if anyone could share the error codes if they exist for this model.

Nikolay, check the air chamber of the pressure switch - most likely it is clogged with grease. (The large black plug installed at the bottom of the filter housing (oblong) is secured with a clamp) . Tilt the machine back 45 degrees (be careful not to break the water inlet and outlet at the back). Then, closer to the front surface, just to the right of the center below, you will see a black rubber plug (6-7 centimeters in diameter), open the clamp with pliers and remove it. Pull out the plug. Carefully clean and rinse everything inside. Do not press on the thin wall inside the filter, you may break it! Also look at the tube to the pressure switch, it may be clogged, clean it (the small transparent tube coming out of the air chamber. I hope this will help you. Good luck!

Good day. After selecting the program, close the Kandy trio. The pump starts immediately. And it doesn’t stop working for 4-5 minutes. After this it starts beeping. In short, it does not switch to the next Water Filling mode. All water leaves the system. Even if you forcefully top it up from (for example) a can. There is no aqua stop. please tell me what to do.

If there was an RCD, the cause would have been revealed sooner. The diagnosis of the breakdown is a faulty heating element, after replacing which the PMM operates normally. Thanks for your help!!!
