Hello. Gorenje gv66161 dishwasher does not complete the program. At the same time, water remains in the car. If you turn it off and on again, the machine first drains all the remaining water, then it takes in new water and starts washing, but again it does not finish the program. If, after freezing in the middle of the program, you open and close the door again, the dishwasher clicks, then washes for a short time and freezes again. What could be the reason? Not really. Now the car washes normally. I changed the main filter and am trying to close the door more tightly. Therefore, I cannot say exactly the reason. Perhaps it is a matter of weak water pressure, or perhaps the door lock. H.z.

I have a new machine, after connecting with the master everything was fine, after which I fixed the façade. I loaded the dishes and after half the program the machine started, I opened the door, 2 keys blink and the remaining time, I close it, it works for about twenty minutes and again there is silence.

Guest, the same nonsense: it washes, stops, you open/close the door - it washes, then it stops again and so on until the program ends. The lock is probably broken, because through the facade I see that the remaining time on the display lights up, as if the door is open, but it doesn’t always light up like that, and the car has stopped. The same nonsense with this PMM...it constantly freezes. I applied for warranty a year ago - the guy came and said that the control unit needed to be changed. They replaced it under warranty, but no miracle happened. The second option was that the front door was too heavy. But furniture makers say that this is the first time they have heard such nonsense. It’s unclear what to do. You call a specialist, and with him she will wash it as expected. And then it may not be washed. There is nothing worse when the error or breakdown is not permanent.

Are there any visible reasons? Maybe the facade rests somewhere and prevents the door from fitting tightly? Is the facade itself installed correctly? Are there any distortions when closing? Is the perimeter seal OK? Look at the lock hatch, is there any interference when closing? Does the lock latch work? Is anything loose? Is the door mechanism normal? Rust? Wear?

Everything is normal, the lock, etc. As the enchanted PMM is operated for three years, the washing cycle may not be interrupted and vice versa. The door lock does not operate correctly and does not close the door. Check the door lock. If it does not operate properly and does not close the door, open the door. Press and hold the Auto Open option button for 15 seconds. Then wait 30 seconds. Close the door. Check that the door lock operates and the door closes. Have you tried it? Sometimes it helps with a door lock glitch.

Artem, I can say that after removing the facade from the PMM door, the washing cycle went from start to finish without the program freezing as and is due to the corrected unit. The range of diagnostics has narrowed, I will look for faults in the mechanism for installing and fastening the facade to the PMM door. When removing the facade, a slight play was noticed in the hinges and fastening slides, which required adjustment. I will definitely check the door lock as you indicated. The problem was with the door lock. False door open signal. I won’t describe the details, the problem is a design feature. I solved the problem by slightly bending down the upper part of the PMM, where the lock is located. Thus, the lock dropped a couple of mm down and this is enough to avoid false triggering.
