PMM LG LD2060WH lower rocker arm does not rotate

Post by Wisdom »

Good afternoon guys,

I live in Tashkent, after a long search I found 2 craftsmen who undertook to repair my LG LD2060WH dishwasher. The LG service itself refused to repair due to the lack of spare parts for the PMM.
The first repairman stated that the bearing of the circulation pump had failed and the drain pump was about to close as well. He asked for $5 for replacing the bearing, and $70 for the pump.
The bearing was replaced, but the pump was left.
Another master, on the contrary, said that the drain pump was working normally, but during the bearing replacement the axis was displaced. The first master removed the bearing with a hammer, but he should have used a puller.
Okay, damn... We took it to the mechanics and restored the axle as best we could.
The machine started working, but only for three days. Immediately when turned on after drawing water, it began to show error E1 water leakage.
I called a second technician, it turned out that the seal of the volute of the circulation pump was leaking water.
I had to look for a new circulation pump in Moscow. Finally, a month later, the long-awaited package arrived in Tashkent.
We installed it, everything seems to work, except for the lower rocker.
That is, if you turn on any program, incl. Only the lower half, water still flows only through the upper rocker.
The water pressure is not bad by eye, it spreads 1-1.5 m when the door is open
The nozzles are clean, I tried to connect the hose, the water flows. The rocker arms rotate easily, as always.
Could the pipe to the lower rocker arm be clogged?
I also read here on the forum that there is a timer for switching the water supply to the rocker arms? I mean, how does the PMM distribute water between the rocker arms?

Please help determine the reason. So, I’m already tired, 3 months of torment, expenses of almost 100 bucks.

Guys, help me, the principle of their operation is almost the same, if necessary I will post pictures.
If the master had not been a craftsman, I would not have suffered and wrote to the forum.
