In most cases, when moving from the washing stage to the rinsing stage, the pump turns on and runs until the timer “ends” (stops at 1 minute).
It helps if open the door and pour 1.5-2 liters of water inside. If you catch the moment when 1-2 minutes have passed after turning on the rinsing, then the timer continues normally; if you do this at the “last” minute (the machine never goes to the drying stage), then the timer returns at the beginning of the rinsing stage and then everything is ok.
