 The drain pump does not start

Good afternoon. Has anyone encountered this problem:
Dishwasher bosch silence plus, SMV25FX01R/08, the pump has stopped draining water. When I replaced it with a new one, the problem remained. But, the new and old ones work without water. As soon as I fill up the water, it tries to turn on three times and stops, the “faucet” starts flashing. There are no leaks, water fills in, the pump works, everything else works as it should. There is no pressure switch in this car.
