 Ariston LI 460 s\n 50211 1934, voltage on drain pump

Can you tell me what voltage should be on the drain pump? It shows 200-201 for me. It is not clear whether the drain pump is faulty or this voltage is not enough. What could be the reason, in the module? How to check the serviceability of the drain pump using resistance. I connect it directly to the outlet, it works. But after 4-5 turns on, it seems to jam and stop. I turn the impeller by hand and it works again. Is 200V ENOUGH for the pump?
