Hello. Help figure out. We bought a new Bosch spv6emx11e dishwasher. When the cycle starts, when the upper impeller begins to spin, a sound is heard, as if streams of water are hitting the walls or plastic. There are dishes in the machine. I ran it empty, the sound did not change. This is fine? Before this there was another machine and there were no such sounds. If you pull out the sprinkler closest to the door, the sound gets in. I swapped the far and near rocker arms, the sound did not disappear. Is this a Bosch feature or is my rocker arm faulty?

What does far and near mean? There is an upper and a lower one, this is normal, streams of water scatter throughout the washing chamber, but you have problems with the sound insulation of the PMM, the PMM comes with soundproofing material, did you not install it?

Double top sprinkler. One rocker is closer to the door, the other further away. If you remove the one that is closer to the door, then this sound does not exist. This is why I ask, because I can’t understand whether this is the norm or not. It is precisely one sprinkler that is noisier than the engine and louder than all sounds from the machine in general. I’ll take a video later and attach it with sound.

If you remove the impeller and start the washer, the water will not splash in streams in any direction at all, there will be just a fountain, of course there will be no noise, maybe it’s really defective, or maybe sound insulation, I also have streams hitting in 5 directions, both against the walls and the door .

The sound appears for 5 seconds and continues up to 48 seconds, then the lower sprinkler begins to rotate, and this creaking stops.
