Bosch SMV40E60EU, it began to leak along the rubber ring at the connection of the tank and the "glass" with the pumps.

the aquastop on the float worked a couple of times in the pan.
I drained the water at an angle, unscrewed 4 screws, lowered the glass slightly, blew out and degreased the joint, applied non-acetic silicone sealant into the gap, assembled it.

I know that there is a branded Bosch silicone ring, which solves this problem, but I live in Donetsk, everything is complicated here with these things.

a couple of washes went fine, the pan was dry.
then the PMM began to work noisier.
took the mesh out of the glass, soaked the water and removed a piece of debris that was touching the blades of the drain pump (the sound came from it).

after a couple of washes, the PMM stopped taking in water.
When you turn on any program, the drain pump turns on, the impeller rotates (I watched), drains water (if you pour it into the PMM through the door), then another pump turns on briefly (circulating, as I understand it) and there is silence.
The filler valve does not clicks.
stands and periodically hums the circulation pump.
if you pour water through the door, it drains it.
the pan is dry.

plz tell me, what to check?

I got a multimeter.

The resistance of the electrovalve in the hose is 4 KOhm, I applied 220 to it directly - it clicks, water begins to flow into the PMM.

During operation (more precisely attempts to work) pmm power does not appear on this connector.

the pan is dirty but dry.
if you lift the float manually while the program is on, the drain pump and a flashing LED with a water tap turn on.
if you let go, the float falls down, the pump turns off.
wires and the connectors look clean, everything is latched.

can I check some sensor?
can a pressure switch do this?

If you pour water through the door, it does not react to its presence in any way.
I poured both a little and quite a lot, obviously more than needed.

i.e. the program is starting,
the drain pump is turned on,
the circulation pump is turned on briefly (if at this moment you pour water through the door, the rocker rotates, the jets hit the walls),
a pause of 2 minutes ,
drain pump,
pause 2 minutes,
drain pump,
pause 5 minutes,
drain pump,
indication "END" and "water tap".

turned it on and it started working, but when washing the circulation pump works intermittently, turns on and off at random intervals, but quite often.
didn’t turn on again.

I removed the sprinklers and the pipeline to them, unscrewed 2 screws and removed the plastic cover.
I did not touch the front two screws.



удалил вылезшие излишки герметика по стыку пластика и металла, но они были только по стыку, каналы на коромысла перекрыты не были.

собрал, стала включаться всегда, моет нормально, но при мойке по-прежнему циркуляционная помпа работает не постоянно, а часто выключается на 2-3 секунды и включается обратно, со случайными промежутками времени.

что ещё стоит глянуть?
кстати не нашёл датчик уровня, он по идее должен быть на наружной левой стенке, но его там нет.
может он смонтирован в этом пластиковом поддоне, и герметик мешает ему работать?

Not really.

There was clearly something stuck there, but I didn’t get around to taking it out, turning it over and disassembling everything thoroughly since I’m there rarely and not for long.

But the further you go, the fewer glitches there are, there are almost no pump stops during operation, I suspect that the stuck debris is gradually worn out, decreasing in size.
