Good afternoon, dear users-owners of PMM Gorenje.
Problem in GV62012: the machine stops after drawing water and, judging by the sound, after opening the lid of the detergent container. After about a minute of operation, the machine stops, after another couple of minutes the indicator for the selected washing program goes out - at this point the washing process stops completely. There is no error indication on the control panel. The quality of the power supply, the clogging of the hose and the water supply line and drain hose were checked.
The machine restarts after turning it off with the power button, selecting a washing program (the choice of program does not affect subsequent work) and starting the process again . At the next start, the existing water in the machine is drained and new water is added. After a minute, the process stops again.
Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to start the new machine - I’m waiting for a technician under warranty. Please tell me what’s wrong if anyone knows about a similar problem. I hope that with your advice, the new machine will work faster than the technician’s arrival!

It seems to me that this is the aquastop that is working.

Hardly. The pan is dry - I removed the plastic cover from the bottom of the machine.

As a result, due to a malfunction: the contact part “fell off” from the capacitor of the main electric motor of the PMM. Refused repairs. I am waiting for a response from the manufacturer about replacing the product or returning the money. Gorenye failed for the first time.
The warranty technician immediately determined that the PMM (main) engine did not start and, having disassembled part of the brand new machine, found the cause of the malfunction. It was painful to watch the dismantling of new equipment that had never worked.
