machine 46A53 started the washer..during operation the water was turned off. The machine drained and stood there humming...now it won’t start, it’s buzzing, it won’t fill up with water, I forced water in, it WASHES, it warms up for about 15 minutes * the water doesn’t drain..??How to restart or is something wrong?I would be very grateful for your advice

This is a problem - water flows into the dishwasher, through a round thing, I don’t know what it’s for, maybe for drying, I’m attaching a photo.
After the cycle is completed, if you don’t turn off the water supply with the tap manually, it will slowly , water leaks in a small stream and accumulates in the dishwasher itself.
