Good afternoon. Dishwasher Bosch SRV55T03EU30. After turning it on, it pretends to be working - it makes some sounds like pump noise. I open it and see dry dishes. Water only drips from the rocker arms, but does not even wash away the detergent from the door. She doesn’t write any errors or malfunction indications, and judging by the timer, she thinks that everything is in order. Even the detergent flap opens. The program can ultimately last several hours. At the same time, it freezes in the “1 minute before shutdown” state. The water that drips from the rocker arms does not heat up.
But if you pour a couple of liters of water by hand, the process begins. The water heats up and the dishes are washed.
Apparently, when changing the water, the water does not fill up again.
Please tell me, maybe someone has already solved a similar problem?

Sounds like pump noise are normal, not amplified? Could there be a problem with the pump or the inlet hose?

Re: The machine starts only after adding water manually
Absolutely normal sounds of a running pump. After I manually add water, the only noise added is the water splashing from the rocker arms. Of course, I checked the inlet hose first - it is not bent or broken... As far as I understand, water is pumped into the machine under the pressure of the water supply - no pumps are involved in this process. And after the water (through my external efforts) ends up inside the machine, all processes are adjusted, all pumps work, washing proceeds normally, then the water is pumped out... Until a new portion of water is needed.

Re: The machine starts only after adding water manually
The problem has been resolved.
When I removed the side cover, I discovered that the plastic containers were always full. When the program is turned on, the inlet valve opens, water begins to flow into these containers, but since they are already full, very little water is poured in - only the amount that is necessary for the level sensor to operate. After this, the containers are not emptied, and the machine starts working. It was logical to assume that the problem was with the drain valve. And so it turned out - the valve became rusty and stopped opening. Cleaning gave the desired result - the valve started working and the problem was resolved.
