Good afternoon.
Please tell me what could be the reason. The Bosch SMV 40D00 RU unit issued a blockage alert one day. When reset and started, it runs the program, begins to drain, but in the end does not drain the water completely. The drain hose is clean, checked with a cable. The water pressure when draining is very weak; when you lift the hose above your waist, the water stops pouring out altogether. When draining at floor level, it comes out, but at the end it stops and issues a blockage alert again. About three glasses of water remain inside at a stable rate. We poured in pipe cleaner and it didn’t go away either. The filter was taken out, and the water wouldn’t go out without it either. The wheel in the drain moves normally and is not blocked. I kindly ask you to help me with a wind diagnosis.
PS I noted for myself that the sound when draining is now not the same as before, the unit works as if with strain.

Re: problem with water drainage
I recommend checking the drain hose carefully again. Be sure to disconnect the drain hose from the machine after first removing the right side panel. It’s not difficult, there are good recommendations on YouTube. The next stage is a little more difficult. There is a check valve on the drain pump. It is located between the pump fitting and the drain hose. To do this, you need to remove the bottom pan. The procedure is not simple. You can start by thoroughly making sure that there are no blockages in the pump impeller and drain hose.
