There is no power to the heating element
Hi all! The machine stopped heating (ESL94300LA) I thought the heating element was not ringing. I took it off and saw that one of the temperature sensors was not ringing and had burned out. I know the reason, they cleaned the car with the wrong product (there was a lot of foam), I soldered the temperature sensor directly to the Ten electrode, the circuit began to ring. I connected the heating element directly to 220 - it heats and does not penetrate the body. I assembled it, it doesn’t work, it was attached to a chip from the control unit, during the cycle the signal does not come to the heating element. I sent the unit for diagnostics - it’s fine. The temperature sensor, also known as the turbidity sensor, is clean, resistance 5 kOhm, decreases when heated, working. I exclude the pressure switch, because the machine runs the cycle flawlessly and does not give any errors. In service mode, error i60 - 6 flashes. The hoses for draining and collecting water are easily blown through and there is no dirt in them, the car is all clean without plaque or deposits. The tachometer is alive, I checked it by generating voltage while rotating the compass impeller. Please tell me, does anyone have any ideas on what else needs to be checked or corrected so that the signal to the Ten starts to arrive?)

Re: There is no power to the heating element
The problem is with the pump, apparently it is not pumping up the required pressure. Today I installed another (used) one, everything worked, Ten started to heat up.
Re: There is no power to the heating element
I also have a problem with the heating element - sometimes it heats up on a short cycle, but not on others. What could be the problem? The thermal sensor is working, the heating element too, the module board is clean...

I have the same story, I call the chip on the heating element and it shows 035 v
