Hello. Can anyone help, tell me the reason for the error F 15 on the Hotpoint-Ariston PMM brand HSF 03 T 223. This is the situation. When the night washing program is turned on 1. The drain pump starts for 15 seconds 2. The circulation pump starts for 15 seconds (the water inlet valve does not open, the valve is checked by a tester and turned on to 220 V, there is no voltage supplied to the valve during operation) 3. Drain 10 sec. 4. Circulation 15 sec. And so there are five or six cycles with a decrease in the operating time of the drain pump. And error F 15 pops up. The drain turns on for 30 seconds and everything stops.
But the PPM started up a couple of times and worked until error F for 15 minutes 20.
Checked: heating element is normal, turbidity sensor is visually normal, the pumps are working and the error does not pop up during their operation - I think it’s normal , the mic on the aqua stop float is normal, the water supply valve is normal - what else can you check?
And can anyone tell me what the error description means "mismatch between sensor signals D and W"what are the sensors?

There is a problem with the circulation pump motor.
The virtual water sensor based on the load on the pump motor shows that the water has not been drained, although in reality there is no water.
Wear of the motor bushings. Due to the broken bushing, the rotor rubs against the body and the “brains” see an increased load on the engine when idling. The unit is made beyond repair and the motor assembly (without heater) is replaced.
If the arms have the correct curvature, then you can do without replacing the motor, and replace the ceramic bushings with caprolon (aka polyamide).
The impeller is removed from the rotor shaft by heating, there is a video on YouTube on how to do this .
There are no original bushings, you need to either grind them or buy ready-made ones from caprolon.
There is no point in looking for black caprolon with graphite, regular caprolon will do, there is practically no difference, especially since the rotor is wet and not dry, water works like a lubricant.
I recently cured my Indesit 3T117 from the same problem. I replaced the bushings with caprolon bushings without graphite.

?
I have the same. But why can it wash 5 times without failure? Then every other time it starts or doesn’t wash completely. And sometimes you launch it 10 times and it just won’t start.
?

Hello! How can you find out the size of the bushings for the groove if these bushings are broken?

And it’s the same for me. Sometimes it can work quietly, and sometimes without completing the program it displays 15 . Half a year ago I changed the brains and the engine, the master said that the engine was loose. Half a year has passed and hello again. Again, a floating error 15 and the sound of an airplane taking off when starting at low speeds sometimes happens.

You should not wash jars with paper labels on them. it’s all because of them.
