Water does not flow into the dishwasher.

Hello! We have a PMM Electrolux, the problem is that water does not flow into the machine. When you turn on the machine, the drain pump runs for a few seconds and then the machine stops. There are no leaks, what could be the reason please tell me.

I checked both aquastops and they are working. PMM is some kind of Siemensse24e244eu16. The motor below the filter spins, but the PMM does not fill with water. The hoses are clean.
