PPM Bosch SGU56A05, old (about 15 years old). It works faithfully, but six months ago the AquaStop system sensor began to constantly trigger when filling with water. An autopsy showed that the overflow valve (Aquastop system valve) and adjacent pipes are clogged with mucus and some kind of organic deposits, as a result, water does not flow into the PPM chamber at the required speed and overflows through the valve:
I assembled and checked: the problem disappeared, but after 3 months it gradually returned again with the same frequency.
I took it apart again - again everything was clogged with mucus and raid. I cleaned it again, but again after 3 months - the same symptoms and everything was clogged again.
In theory, only clean water passes through the valve, so it’s unclear where this crap comes from...
Tell me, are there any ways to prevent the accumulation of mucus and deposits? Maybe another part of the machine needs to be cleaned/changed? Or are there chemicals for cleaning the PMM intake tract?
Disassembled and cleaned:
After cleaning everything looks great:

Re: The overflow valve is constantly clogged with mucus, cleaning only helps temporarily
Look at the mesh filter for water intake in the hose, it often gets clogged and the aqua-stop is triggered, the mesh filter cuts off mainly insoluble impurities such as sand, the rest of the nastiness in the water accumulates in your PMM in the form of mucus over time, perhaps your water quality has dropped and it’s time install the main filter of your dreams?

Re: The overflow valve is constantly clogged with mucus, cleaning only helps temporarily
Thanks for the advice. The mesh filter is clean, the inlet hose is also clean, probably the water has nothing to do with it...
