Good afternoon.
The problem was floating, one fine day the machine finished the cycle, and when turned on again it got an error - overflow. I disassembled it, drained the water from the pan, the float fell into place, there were no problems for a year. Then the problem began to appear more often, I did not disassemble it, I simply tilted the PMM, water flowed out of the pan and the machine worked for some time. Now the problem is constant, first, as usual, the cycle finished, when restarted - overflow, the next start - the cycle ended, the machine stood for 10 minutes and the error light came on - overflow. The next cycle did not complete in the middle of the cycle - error - overflow. I disassembled, washed and dried the pan - it was enough for three cycles and then overflowed again.
Tell me where to look?

Along the way, the problem is the same as in this topic -
nI pumped out the water from the PMM, put it on its side, removed the pan, there were smudges on the pump. I removed the pump (just like the author of the topic), washed the connection, washed the rubber, degreased everything, applied sealant (automotive, Permatex Gasket Marker Ultra Grey) which seemed to be applied without fanaticism. I left it to dry for 30-40 minutes and put everything back together. I’ll let it dry until morning and run the PMM. I’ll write about the result.

Re: Hansa ZWM436 - overflow
So let’s continue.
After 6 cycles - overflow again, drained the water from the pan - 6 cycles - overflow.
I ordered a new pump (immediately with a sealing rubber band), although the original pump was in working order, but let it be just in case.
The rubber band on the new pump is thicker, this is immediately visible when comparing. I installed the pump, it went in with a little effort (the old one was easy to insert).
Well, two weeks, no problems.
The problem is really where the author of the topic mentioned in the second post writes.
