Error f13 PMM Hotpoint 3c26 ⇐ Hotpoint-Ariston

There is a Hotpoint 3c26 PMM. It was purchased in March 2020. It worked fine for about three or four months (well, as normal, we only used the ECO mode at night, and, let’s say, the QUICK MODE washed for the wrong 27 minutes, but could have lasted for an hour or two, the remaining time was counted down to 6 minutes , and then it just stopped, but since the main mode in which we washed worked flawlessly, there was no particular panic. Then the F13 error began to appear, at first restarting helped, then the error appeared more and more often. I sent it for repair warranty, flashed the module, returned it. After a certain time (almost immediately), the situation repeated itself - the same error. Again for repair under warranty, again only flashing the module firmware. The warranty year was ending, and the error returned almost immediately after the repair. It was decided to replace the PMM with a similar one , because we were completely satisfied with it in terms of functionality. We hoped that the second one would certainly not be a problem. Yesterday I picked up a new machine from the store and was very upset when I saw the F13 error again. Not right away. First we started a quick wash cycle, the wash took 33 minutes, acceptable, I thought. Later they turned on the ECO mode and then, after 20-30 minutes, an error appeared. I restarted it on another program - it seemed to wash. Then I thought - well, it’s unlikely that I could come across two PMMs with the same defect, the problem is somewhere on my side. The water pressure is normal, the voltage used to be low (140V, worked through a stabilizer), now it is set to 220. There is no grounding, the appliances in the kitchen are electrocuted, but earlier, when the voltage was low and the appliances did not generate an electric shock (or we did not feel it), there was an error I was still at PMM. I don’t see any point in calling for warranty repairs yet - they’ll flash the module and return it, that won’t solve the problem, and I feel like it’s just something I have. What does error F13 mean? I noticed that the error was related to draining the water.
