Gorenje gv-54311 ⇐ Burning

Good day.
Until recently, my PMM Gorenje gv-54311 worked properly. But suddenly, at one moment, something happened to her that I had never seen before. The machine turns on as usual with the touch button, calmly allows you to select a program, but when you close the lid, the program does not start. At the same time, the machine signals that its lid is supposedly open. The machine does not produce any errors. I removed the cover, took out the assembly (I don’t know what it’s called correctly) of the door latch, on which two relays are mounted, judging by the color marking of the wires, one of them is power (wires first and blue) and one, probably logical, which should (in my opinion ) give a command to start the program. Both relays are operational (they do not ring when closed and ring when open). The mechanism itself for simultaneous closing and opening of the relay, in my purely unprofessional opinion, is in working order, elastically erected and clicks like hell. The springs and guides are in place. When you close the door you can hear the mechanism working. When I tried to measure the voltage on the wires that I identified as power, the voltage meter showed nothing.
Please tell me what kind of illness happened to my PMM, maybe someone has encountered this. Thank you in advance.
