Dear dishwasher owners! We are trying to collect here as much useful information as possible about dishwashers, so if you have something to say, say it. :-) (even without registration)
Good afternoon!
Today the light on the lack of salt came on, I went to add it and discovered that the hole for salt was not closed!!! Apparently I forgot to close it after adding salt last time. And the lid still lay on the bottom. And after all, I washed the dishes like that for quite a long time. Moreover, this did not affect the quality of the wash in any way.
I started pouring salt into the hole, and from there rotten, stinking water with food residues began to come out (((I poured as much salt as I had, but it didn’t go all the way to the top, so I decided to add more fresh water there to displace the rotten water. Terrible smell filled the entire kitchen!
Who has encountered this situation? Is it possible to wash this compartment somehow? For example, by pumping out all the water from there and pouring fresh water, as before the first wash?

qwerta:by pumping out all the water from there and pouring fresh water, as before the first wash?
I think this is the best option. Try to scoop out this water completely, with an enema, a syringe or something else.
I don’t think it ruined the machine, but it’s certainly unpleasant.

I also forgot to close it. I washed it a couple of times, maybe 3. And then only because the dishes were covered with a white coating I saw the lid open. What to do? Now all the dishes have a white coating on them.

While the dishwasher was running, a knife fell and pierced the tank. The incision is 3-4 mm long. How can I fix the hole?
Hello, dear forum users, I have a Bisch smv65m30ru/73 dishwasher. Yesterday a problem appeared - the machine began to leak drops from the hole near the left leg, as can be seen in the photo. Could you tell me what happened and what ways to solve the problem? Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello! I understand that this happened a long time ago, but now the same problem has arisen, there is no information anywhere. Did you manage to solve it?
Guys, according to my wife, the frying pan on the top shelf did not fit the dimensions and when loading it hit some kind of tongue in the upper part of the PMM where the lock is. There was a click. Now the PMM door does not close because... The lock tongue has come out and is preventing the door from closing.
It seems to me that this is basically some kind of nonsense, but I can’t understand how...
Help me please! I’ve been jumping around the Bosch dishwasher all evening. The latch on the lock has popped out and the door will not close. This happened a couple of years ago, somehow I was able to close it. It doesn’t work right now :sorry:
