Guys, according to my wife, the frying pan on the top shelf did not fit the dimensions and when loading it hit some kind of tongue in the upper part of the PMM where the lock is. There was a click. Now the PMM door does not close because... The lock tongue has come out and is preventing the door from closing.
It seems to me that this is basically some kind of nonsense, but I can’t understand how to fix it.
Tell me what to do?

Help me please! I’ve been jumping around the Bosch dishwasher all evening. The latch on the lock has popped out and the door will not close. This happened a couple of years ago, somehow I was able to close it. It doesn’t work right now :sorry:
