Flavia CI 55 HAVANA rubber plug leaking with error E4

Good afternoon. Please tell me what this could be and how to fix it.

I have a dishwasher Flavia CI 55 HAVANA. It generated error E4 after the washing cycle and then when turned on it lit up all the time when trying to turn it on. I pulled the car out of the niche and discovered that a fair amount of water had flowed in. I discovered the location of the leak after the car was standing on a stool - it was dripping from some kind of rubber plug on the left side of the car, closer to the car door.

Error 3 appeared on the display after the Flavia BI 60 KAMAYA S washing process was completed. As I understand it, this error says that there are problems with water heating, which in principle is true, the water does not heat up during washing. Where is the best place to start looking for a problem? The filter was washed, the water was soft, without iron, because... I clean it through filter...

We have been using the Flavia 45 Ivela Light dishwasher for a little over a year. Intensity of use - 4-5 times a week, only all-in-1 mode, only tablets. About a month ago, the following malfunction appeared: the car finished the washing mode much earlier than usual (about an hour after start, maybe even less), accompanied by an intermittent beeping sound (for about 20 seconds)...
