This is a section dedicated to the Flavia brand. And this topic was created so that people who have questions about purchasing, connecting, operating and repairing Flavia dishwashers would have the opportunity to find the necessary information here, write their question or comment here. There is also information here that, quite possibly, would be useful to the owner of dishwashers of all brands: Starting the dishwasher for the first time, useful tips on using and caring for the dishwasher The dishwasher began to wash poorly, does not heat the water, and does not complete the cycle. If the machine is working properly , but an error is displayed, try rebooting it (disconnect it from the power supply and turn it on).
If this is not the problem, the reasons for this error may be the following:
1) The drain hose is clogged, usually at the point of its connection to the main drain line; the drain line is clogged (the water does not drain), the drain siphon under the sink is clogged and the drain hose is connected there.
2) In the lower tray of the machine there is a foam float and a microswitch, which, when water gets in When surfacing, the float is pressed into the pan to turn off the water supply through the inlet hose in order to prevent water overflow.
3) If the machine has not been used for a long time and water overflows when it is turned on, the float will this time, for many reasons, it may stick to the pan and not float up, in this case there will be no E4, but water will flow out. Often in individual homes, rats or mice chew through this float. The consequences are the same.
4) Overflow can be due to loosening or under-tightening of the plastic nuts securing the salt tank and drain tank (its nut is located under the strainer) or damage to the rubber sealing gaskets under these nuts.; Damage and, as a result, leakage of the internal body of the machine is possible for various reasons (for example, a knife fell and punched a hole, and so on).
5) The drain pump is faulty - this happens very rarely.
6) The drain hose may also be bent when installing the machine in kitchen furniture.

Error 8 after finishing the wash, water is poured in, everything is washed as it should, after a cycle and opening the door error 8. The machine is new, first cycles. Everything is OK with the hose, etc., and you can hear the water being poured in and everything is washed perfectly. What could be the problem?

In general, no one could give me a normal answer. Technical support immediately sent me to the service center, after reading the reviews about which I didn’t want to go there. But it looks like I found the answer myself!
So Flavia BL 45 Kamaya "error 8" this is apparently error E8 - a problem with the intake valve (as an option, not opening or closing in a timely manner). What to do - check all the connections, this valve is not located on the machine itself, but on the hose in the place where it is screwed to the pipe. Unscrew the valve from the pipe; there are mesh inside - if there is dirt there, wash and clean them. None of this helped me. Next, it is IMPORTANT to check the water pressure! Look in the instructions and it says that in my opinion it should be from 0.04 to 1. You can simply place a basin under the tap and see how well/badly the water is poured. In my case, the pressure in the system was too much!!! Apparently, due to the pressure, the valve could not shut off the water as quickly as needed, which is why the machine after washing gave error 8 (i.e., in the end the valve closed, but apparently with a delay). Treatment is super simple - turn off the tap on the pipe (or in the riser) to reduce the water supply so that the pressure is weaker. Next, by unplugging the machine from the outlet (or automatically), we reboot it. After which everything works without errors. And I was almost sent to the SC because of such nonsense....

Andrey, thanks for the information!
Nevertheless, I must note that we gave a detailed answer to one of your questions. And on another question, about the error "E8" or "8", based on the information from you that everything is in order with draining and filling water, and you checked the hoses, it was decided that a technician from the service center should come and check everything yourself. To fully diagnose this error, you need to check about 10 places and not all of them are accessible to a non-specialist, so we cannot recommend doing this yourself, however, the service centers are familiar with how to carry out such a diagnosis.

Hello! I have kamaya 60 built-in. Washing became disgusting. Flushing improved the situation a little, but yesterday, after observing, I realized that the nozzles were not spinning! Of course nothing will wash away. It doesn’t show any errors. We live in our own house and our water pressure is normal, but not at all excessive. Could this somehow depend on this?

Good afternoon, Vadim! The pressure should be from 0.04 MPa. It is necessary to check whether anything is preventing the sprinklers from spinning, and whether some of the holes from which water is thrown out are clogged. If everything is fine, then you need to check the flushing pump. Write to info@flavia-rus, if you have any difficulties, we will send a specialist

Alexey: Hello! Tell me, the detergent dispenser lock (lock) has come off, how should it stay inside?
Good afternoon! Alexey, is the small pin that sticks out of this lock broken? If not, then you can still try to get it into a special hole inside the lock and secure it in some way, possibly soldering it. If it’s broken, you need a new dispenser. Write here to order: info@flavia-rus.ru or call 8 495 783 74 37

1. The salt container must be refilled when the “S” icon in the upper left corner of the display lights up 5. Even
if the container is filled sufficiently, the pictogram may not go out until the salt dissolves.
2. If the salt has spilled, you can-
wash it using the program
"Quick"

Greetings! There is a problem with the PMM: the processor does not see the door closing, the microswitch is working, the wiring to the module is intact. When closed, the circuit to the module is closed. But the car continues to stand and, at intervals of a couple of minutes, emits a short signal about the door being open. Even the lights inside remain on.
Error 3 appeared on the display after the Flavia BI 60 KAMAYA S washing process was completed. As I understand it, this error says that there are problems with water heating, which in principle is true, the water does not heat up during washing. Where is the best place to start looking for a problem? The filter was washed, the water was soft, without iron, because... I clean it through filter...

A year has passed since I gave up on the dishwasher and returned to the good old manual washing.... But I decided to resume repairs. I disassembled the miracle machine, rang the bell and it turned out that the capacitor was alive, but the tens were not. Outwardly clean, perhaps something shorted out, the power in my village is often cut off, apparently in one of these surges the poor fellow got...
