MIDEA - the top sprinkler has fallen off
Hello!
The top sprinkler fell off, it was small, I don’t understand how it stayed there. Now you can put it on the plastic pipe, but it barely stays there. There are no rings or fasteners lying around in the car. Please advise what can be done, and if new spare parts are needed, where can I buy them in St. Petersburg? Photo attached.
Thank you!

Re: MIDEA - the top sprinkler has fallen off
I answer myself, I’m sure this problem will crop up for everyone now. The sprinkler was held on the pipe by a flange made at the same time, it simply wore off, and so the impeller fell out. I couldn’t remove the pipe in the car - the hooks hold it tightly, I had to dismantle the entire pipeline - to do this you need to unscrew 2 screws on the bottom of the car, then you can calmly remove the ill-fated square. In the place where the original flange was, a spring ring was put on, made from a spring for keys - the spring was released by the flame of a lighter, the diameter of the ring was reduced, cut strictly along the circumference, somehow hardened, then pressed onto the pipe and slightly melted with a lighter .
The plastic clip, which is visible in the center of the sprinkler, is snapped out by turning it counterclockwise and separated into two halves. Then this clip is put on the pipe (our ring prevents it from falling off), and the clip itself, in turn, is inserted into the sprinkler and fixed as it was. That’s it, we mount the pipeline back, snap the sprinkler holder assembly into place. Everything is working. For how long is an open question; the design was originally developed by pests.

Re: MIDEA - the top sprinkler has fallen off
I have the same crap on the PM korting kdi6045, the sprinkler and holder are exactly the same. Apparently they make it in a factory in China. Zero information. The pulsar curling service center doesn’t say anything about this except bring it, we’ll look...
Re: MIDEA - the top sprinkler has fallen off
And, yes, thanks to Rude for the manual)) I went to take it apart. Last year I already changed the flow sensor. In fact, everything was developed by pest marketers, not by engineers... Just like modern cars...
Re: MIDEA - the top sprinkler has fallen off
Thank you very much for the question and answer))) same situation PMM Hans
Re: MIDEA - the top sprinkler has fallen off
We have the same problem with Korting KDI 6075, it started falling off after a year of use

Re: MIDEA - the top sprinkler has fallen off
How does MIDEA work now, after repair?
To be honest, I don’t quite understand the principles of installing a new design with a spring. Post a photo of the result, please!

Re: MIDEA - the top sprinkler has fallen off
Hi all! I was looking for a solution to exactly the same problem, but on the Hansa PMM - it looks exactly the same from the photo, apparently another clone. Thank you Rude! I’ll try
Re: MIDEA - the top sprinkler has fallen off
Take a plastic cork ring from any water bottle. It is better that it is not dense.
It needs to be cut lengthwise so that the width is no more than 2 mm.
Measure the circumference of the pipe, where the flange was cut off. I did this by eye and measured it with this ring, but you can use white thread, paper and a marker/pencil. Cut off the excess and try it on again. The ring should close tightly edge to edge.
To connect it you need a soldering iron or lighter.
The two ends are well soldered. The ring turned out to be tight.
Put it on the pipe.
Now remove the clamp by turning it counterclockwise from the sprinkler, disconnect it and put it on the pipe above the ring.
Then attach the sprinkler and turn clockwise to lock the clamp.
The system is ready for use.
P.S.: you saved 2500 rubles on diagnostics alone.

Re: MIDEA - the top sprinkler has fallen off
I have the same part on my Korting KDI 4550 dishwasher, because... As we found out, they are made at the Midea factory. I called the technician and said that the parts would have to wait 3-4 months and would cost 1.5-2 thousand rubles. While searching for solutions, I came across this forum topic.
CROAT, Rude, thank you for the detailed explanations of the reasons and your methods! If it weren’t for you, I would have waited 4 months for the “original” spare parts, and I would have paid 3-4 rubles per ring for installation of them...
I also tried to make a ring out of metal, but there was no way hand of the necessary tool. While wandering around the apartment, I discovered that the diameter of the whiteboard marker cover in the child’s room almost coincides with what is needed. I cut it in a circle with a kitchen knife, then sharpened it with a small knife from the inside and the ring fit! Then he secured it by melting the plastic in a circle with a metal rod heated over a gas oven. I am attaching photos.

Maxim, super! I didn’t think about it. A ring made from a marker cap... Good idea!
Re: MIDEA - the top sprinkler has fallen off
ahaha.. another one that has flown away. Samsung
Everything is exactly the same as yours.
I also removed two bolts: I couldn’t remove the pipe in the car - the hooks hold it tightly, I had to dismantle the entire pipeline - to do this you need to unscrew 2 screws at the bottom of the car , then you can calmly remove the ill-fated square.
no felt-tip pens or rings at home, the diameter of a drop of galazolin matched. but I couldn’t seat it firmly, it flew off.
In the end, he spat, took a soldering iron and inserted it inside this pipe, pushed its tip a little half a millimeter, and it turned out to be a small taper. It will take 20 years to grind it down
as a temporary measure will work. He pumped water into one hole, pressed the bottom with his finger - it rotates like a fan. I put the whole structure back.
Thanks everyone for the advice.

Re: MIDEA - the top sprinkler has fallen off
I had the same problem, exactly the same clone of the sprinkler on my Samsung. I solved the problem with the help of adhesive gel, poured a side out of it, let it harden, and smoothed out the shape a little with a file and fine sandpaper. It’s been working for half a year now and is holding up. Three months later, a new sprinkler arrived, ordered from a company warranty workshop. I bought it for 300 rubles, it’s in stock.)
Re: MIDEA - the top sprinkler has fallen off
Thanks for the tip!!!! everything worked out perfectly! Works
Re: MIDEA - the top sprinkler has fallen off
So, hello everyone. I will also contribute. PMM LERAN, photo one to one. Thanks to the author for telling me about the bottom screws. I had plans to repair it without removing it, in a hurry. I tried to simply give the upper tabs to remove - it was useless, it was not convenient. I removed the water supply, on the removed one I disconnected the tip from which the supporting tube with the sprinkler comes out and then worked with it. And now the most interesting part - the retaining ring. At first I wanted to use a heated screwdriver to melt the tube with the teeth facing outward, but I failed. As a ring (I decided not to mount it with a metal spring), I pulled on a rubber sealing ring from a repair kit (smaller diameter) and tried it with a sprinkler - it fits well, but for reliability I additionally applied superglue. Reassembled in reverse order
Re: MIDEA - the top sprinkler has fallen off
I didn’t succeed right away.
I made a video of how I fixed it:

Re: MIDEA - the top sprinkler has fallen off
ATTENTION!!!
You need to cut no more than 1 mm from the felt-tip pen; if the ring is too wide, the sprinkler will touch the “ceiling” and will not spin. In the video, I cut off too much and in order to make the sprinkler rotate I had to grind the plastic clip so that it became thinner and did not touch the “ceiling”.
The rotating sprinkler at the end of the video after sanding.
I apologize for the sound - I covered the microphone with my hand because... filmed for the first time. =)

Re: MIDEA - the top sprinkler has fallen off
Thank you very much. I repaired the dishwasher myself in a few minutes!
Re: MIDEA - the top sprinkler has fallen off
Hi all. I tried everything described above, with varying success, but all this is a “crutch” and a temporary measure. In fact, there is a much simpler way. This very nozzle turns out to be detachable from the main tube. It’s difficult, but you can find and order this on the Internet. I bought it on the website: "from stock", I can’t post links, but if you enter the part number in Yandex: DD81-01740A, it will immediately give you a website with it. Everything worked out for me, but the money worked out with delivery of 300 rubles. (Then I ordered a couple more for backup) The problem was solved simply and forever. If the sprinkler is damaged, you can order it there, but it will cost 1000 rubles. My pleasure)
Re: MIDEA - the top sprinkler has fallen off
Hi all! I just wound some tape. It’s holding up for now.
Re: MIDEA - the top sprinkler has fallen off
Thanks for the advice. The problem arose six months ago. At first, I didn’t remove the pipe, wound the fum thread around the edge (where the flange was cut off) and put the sprinkler back on. It lasted for 2-3 months. And today I came across this forum. The cap for nasal drops fit. I cut 1.5 mm off it and put it on (though with soap). Then I went around in a circle with a soldering iron.
Re: MIDEA - the top sprinkler has fallen off
Thank you very much for the advice. Similar to the cap from the marker, I used a cap from nasal drips. There the lid narrows and you can select the desired section.

Re: MIDEA - the top sprinkler has fallen off
Really! Thank you so much for all the tips and videos. I’ll try to do something myself too. I hope something works out. Guys, THANK YOU SO MUCH again)
Re: MIDEA - the top sprinkler has fallen off
Good afternoon!
I encountered the same problem as everyone else in this forum!
I read several options on how to fix the situation, and I remembered that I recently bought a repair kit for a bathroom faucet, there were silicone seals, I tried to put it on the pipe from which the upper impeller with nozzles flies off. It went in with a little tension, the main thing is that it doesn’t wobble. By removing the sealing half-rings, I put the impeller in place. It turns easily, I tried to pull off the impeller with a light force, it holds perfectly!
I washed the dishes twice and it doesn’t fall off!
Maybe someone will find this option useful!

Hello! What if it breaks down like this and there is no soldering iron. How to get out of an unpleasant situation?
