There is a Bosch SMV40E50RU/54 dishwasher. Stopped heating water. I took it apart and looked at what was there. It turned out to be a breakdown on the heating element. I disassembled the pump itself using the article swen( viewforum.php?f=10&sid=9ab56cd4835f7d9834bc52c34d3b267d). I would like to add that it is difficult to remove insulation from the tracks, so you will have to tinker with this. I connected the leads and checked with a multimeter №1(in the image) - 20 Ohms. Everything is fine.
The problem is that it can shorten precisely in №2. You can also clean it off and throw in a jumper, but then you definitely need to insulate them. Or you can simply insulate.
And now the questions (Questions in in order of priority, since I want everything to work as it should.):
1) What do you think can be used to insulate a path on a heating element? (Capon varnish is only designed for 150 C. I heard there are some pastes , but I never found them.)
2) Pump 651956 fits my dishwasher?
3) Or maybe oh well!? The machine does not swear at the heating element. Connect to a hot one and that’s it?
Many thanks to everyone who responded!!

People, at least answer the second question. Well, what is it worth to you?
Re: Solder the heating element or replace it?
Same problem. The first time I replaced the assembly, it cost 9,000 rubles. with delivery. I worked for 1.5 years, history repeated itself. I’m trying to solder. no success so far. I bought some castots and will try them.

Haven’t you looked for the problem? Why does heating element burn out? It burned down for the second time in a year. Same as in the photo. I think it’s because of the cheap pills.

Pay attention to the place where it burned. More often than not, there is always a limescale deposit in the form of a build-up in that place on the inside of the heater. There is a special descaling agent.

If you regularly use salt, there should be no limestone buildup. Water is softened with salt. I have very hard water (well), but no build-up has formed anywhere in the 10 years of operation of the sink.

So you can pour the most ordinary salt into dishwashers.
Salt is needed to restore the built-in filter. Those who have water purifiers like Aquaphor know how to restore. I usually take 2 out of the 3-component filter. And instead of them I add regular salt and turn on the water a little.

Re: Solder the heating element or replace it?
The heating element burns due to water leakage between the housing and the pump (in the central part of the p/m) for Bosch this is a problem and the repair kit is sold separately officially, but then it also leaks. You need a high-temperature sealant, you can use it on a car, for example, liquid sealant on pan gasket two or automatic transmission.
Then I’ll start working on heating elements. I replaced it and I want to try soldering the old one
