Hello. The situation is as follows: the tray with detergent stopped opening during the washing process. They called a technician, and upon opening the front panel on which this tray is located, a wire from the terminal that connects to this tray was found to have fallen off. Well, naturally they returned it back and everything worked. The next day the same story - the tray does not open. So as not to wait for the technician, I decided to fix the problem myself, removed the front panel and saw the wire had fallen off, I tried to pull it out to sort out the connection, but I forgot to disconnect the dishwasher from the network and shorted this wire to the ground, knocking out the machine in the panel. Accordingly, after everything was assembled, nothing worked and the dishwasher stopped turning on altogether. I understand that I myself am a fool, well, anything can happen. Does this model have fuses or is it much more serious? I would be grateful for any help as informational, or maybe one of the masters will take on this problem. Thank you. My city is Tula.
