 Hansa zwm 646 ieh does not wash

Good day! I turn it on, select the mode - it draws water, the time is counting down but DOES NOT WASH :(, goes through a full cycle, drains the water and beeps that everything has been washed! This happened 2 weeks ago, then it started working on its own. I thought it was some kind of glitch now he doesn’t want to wash anymore and that’s it! Please help advice from the Guru of this forum! Thank you!
