Kind everyone.
bosch-spv40e30ru, in operation for 10 years.
Symptoms:
First, at the end of the wash, the drain pump began to hum (there is no more water), and the Faucet LED is on. Opening the door - it buzzes indefinitely (probably the drain), you can turn it off with the button, but when you turn it on a couple of times the relay (?) clicks and again hums indefinitely. Unplugging it from the outlet for 12 hours or more helped.
After that, it began to finish washing (the dishes were washed and dry) and beeped not 5 times, as in normal operating mode (and turned off), but ad infinitum. At the same time, the Crane LED lights up. Turned it off - turned it on with the button - everything is fine. The next wash - the same thing.
It happened a couple of times - there was water left in the pan - the drain pump impeller was jammed - I turned it with my fingers - then everything was fine.
Now - it’s on, the Faucet LED is blinking, no matter what does not react. From socket to socket for more than 12 hours - no change.
I changed the rubber of the lower door - it was leaking, the aqua stop was triggered.
Today I got around to it and removed the pallet. Everything is in a sticky, almost dried brown liquid. So I realized that the aquastop worked because the glass itself was leaking from the sink. And now he raised the foam float on the dried slurry - and the always-on aquastop.
IMHO the rubber ring cannot be replaced. since it and the plastic are one whole.
In general, I washed everything, put it on sealant, assembled it, connected everything, turned it on - the symptoms are the same - turn it on - 50* lights up (normal) and the relay clicks 2 times (normal), then the relay clicks 2 more times and The impeller of the drain motor twitches and the faucet begins to blink. That’s it.
I removed the drain pump (motor), removed what was wound under the impeller (threads, cellophane), it spins easily, three windings are intact - 43 Ohms each.
I turned off the aquastop - checked the resistance - 2.4 kOhm . It seems like the norm.
What is there to sin about? Or maybe it’s a board that I’m unlikely to understand.
On-flashing Crane. There are no leaks. ⇐ Bosch
Re: The faucet is blinking on. There are no leaks.
In general, for 12 usd they did the diagnostics in the workshop. Verdict - the circulation pump has given up its life - 2 out of 3 windings do not ring (break). And it seems that it was because of a leak that it got onto the engine.
New - only assembled with TEN - 200 usd +-
In our Republic of Belarus no one does them (repairs), I saw them in advertisements in Moscow and other cities...
I think give it for rewinding (60 dollars), it’s still cheaper...

Can you tell me in which region they do diagnostics and rewinding for usd?

Re: The faucet is blinking on. There are no leaks.
Well, I’m from Belarus. There is no point in writing in local currency - and USD is a universal currency, everyone will immediately estimate how much it is in local currency.
Re: The faucet is blinking on. There are no leaks.
I decided not to rewind - there was rusty water in the stator. The entire engine needs to be replaced, IMHO.
