I’m understanding the PMM. I can’t get the bottom plastic tray off. The side water tank does not. The reservoir is attached to the stainless chamber from the inside with a round plastic grill (indicated by an arrow in the photo). Share your experience, friends, on how to remove this grille (unscrew it, snap it off, etc.)... It’s the only thing left...

Hi all. Please advise how to overcome error e21. I’ve already tried everything, cleaned the pumps, cleaned the filter, cleaned the side water tank as best I could, but it still gives an error. When turned on, it starts to work normally, and after about 5 minutes. stops and starts beeping (e21). I forcefully terminate the program and the water is drained. What could it be, has anyone encountered...
