Inconsistency between instructions and reality

Hello.
Dishwasher DFS25W11. I can’t adjust the water hardness level (it should be minimal), because... If, according to the instructions, you press the start delay and P+/P, and then P+/P, then what appears on the display is completely different from what is in the instructions. When you successively press the start delay button, instead of r1-5 the following appears: 1 - HFt, 2 - 1Ft, 3 - 5Ft. 4 - EEP. 5 - dno.
Please help.

Please tell me that the error code 1:Ft appears periodically and the machine does not start the program. After turning the power off/on several times it starts working again.

Help me to understand. PMM Beko dis 28140. In all programs, the washing time takes much more than stated in the instructions and indicated on the display. For example, on program 7 at half load there should be 30 minutes of work, but in reality it takes 1 hour 10 minutes. Thanks in advance, Alexander.
