The BOSCH SMU58M45EU/25 display goes out

Post by DIvan »

My BOSCH SMU58M45EU/25 machine began to behave badly :(
When plugged in, without pressing the power button, it turns on spontaneously. Then self-testing begins, with characteristic sounds of relays and motors. Display At the same time, the LEDs and seven-segment lights blink, pressing the buttons does not change anything. After a short time, up to 30 seconds, the display and indicators go out, the machine does not respond to pressing.
If you disconnect it from the network, you can hear it after 5 seconds, the relays in the control unit come unstuck, and when you plug it into the network, everything repeats. If you plug it into the network before the relay comes unstuck, it does not light up or react at all.
I disconnected all the nodes from the brain in sequence, as a result, the machine displays when turned on errors of those components that are turned off, for example E20 when turning off the circulation pump or E01 when turning off the heater.
Disconnecting everything that was possible, except for the display, did not change the picture. When turning off the display, the same relay clicks are heard.
What do you think, dear friends, can we conclude that this is definitely a control unit?

Second question on the same topic. I got hold of a second machine of the same series, and it was also not in working condition. she had a problem with the heating element, moved it from the first one.
And again there was a problem with the head! After a couple of successful washing cycles, the machine froze with error E15, did not respond to presses, and one of the pumps (not the main one) was working. Rebooting did not help, after an hour of disconnection from the network everything happened again, but after three hours it started working again, I haven’t tried washing the dishes yet.
What is common to the first and second cases is that when you turn on the network, the display lights up WITHOUT pressing the button inclusions. I think this is some kind of typical problem with this series of control units. In appearance the boards look the same. Tell me, maybe this is some kind of capacitor or transistor that can be replaced without any problems? Moreover, there are two electronics boards for experiments.
