The powder washes just as well as the tablet, only together with salt and rinse aid, and it is also MANDATORY to adjust their dosage depending on the quality of your water. I almost always wash with powder, everything is set up correctly - there is no difference with tablets, now I use Somato powder, it washes aluminum and does not spoil it, as it turned out)

Check the injectors in the rocker arms. Perhaps the holes there are clogged with some kind of dirt and because of this, the water does not get where it is needed - including the compartment with the tablet.
