 Bosch SMV69T10EU/15 HELP!

Post by deadog »

Help me figure it out, there’s already a whole bunch of problems with this dishwasher.
First of all, I was sick of error E15, the first time they called the technicians, they took it away and glued the cup-drain hole... I don’t know what it’s called correctly, the machine worked the floor years and again a leak has formed somewhere, and it flows exclusively at high temperatures of 65-75 degrees, at lower temperatures you can wash the dishes as much as you like - it will be dry. I took off the sidewalls - on the right, from what I can see, it’s not clear where it’s leaking from, on the left, respectively, the tank is on the entire side, there’s also no way to get to it. Now I drained the water, turned on the maximum temperature, lay down on the floor and watched for 2.5 hours, to no avail... for the first 30 minutes everything is dry, then water begins to flow into the pan from somewhere drop by drop from the part where nothing is visible . The question is: is it possible to somehow remove the front strip under the door without global analysis? Then it seems like the review should expand significantly. There are 2 Torxes, but it’s not clear whether it can be removed or whether the door needs to be removed entirely

Second question: The car can be washed normally only at high temperatures; at lower temperatures (Auto, Glass, etc.) food, grease and detergent remain, you can wash it 5 times and still nothing will wash off (that’s why we only use the 65-75 mode, at which it starts to leak), why is this?

Third question: Now it has started on the 65-75 mode like this:

I understand that this is a detergent
The same deposit is on the dishes....it turns out that now the dishes need to be washed and the dishwasher still needs to be washed from the inside *x) *x) *x)
How to fix it? What’s going on with her?

The problem was solved by purchasing a repair kit and re-sealing the bowl. When I disassembled the machine and opened up a view of the drain bowl, I was simply blown away by the quality of the repair of the service center (albeit not an official one), they simply slapped ordinary white sealant on top, which was not even sanitary *x) .... which of course After half a year it burst. I got tired of cleaning it off later. As a result, the repair kit cost 2 times less than the repair from these unfortunate repairmen. So far no leaks pah-pah-pah, everything is dry
P.S When I called the service department again, they offered to change the door seal for 10K, supposedly it was leaking *x)

Error E15 popped up, I disassembled the machine, it turned out that the worm clamp on the circulation pump had loosened, tightened the clamp, put everything back together, now the machine doesn’t turn on at all, when turned on the water supply and rinse aid indicators blink (on the Siemens PM this is supposedly a circulation pump error), a couple Once you plug the plug, the error disappears, the cycle starts, but after 30 seconds error E14 (water supply) appears. Help me where to dig next. A quick removal of the front panel and inspection showed that all the connectors are in place
P.S At the same time, water physically enters the PMM, the tank is full, the drain glass is full, and in general, after the first turn on, there is water in all hoses
