Please help me with advice: I bought a new Bosch SMV40D20RU. The door doesn’t open. Not in the sense that it opened and suddenly won’t open, but in the sense that we unpacked it from the box and... we can’t open it. The door is clearly locked with a lock, but how to open it? We waited 10 hours with the power turned on - it didn’t help.

Dishwasher Bosch 40e42, when turned on, the compass and pump twitch, then the faucet and rinse aid (asterisk) buttons begin to blink, all water supply valves are directly checked, they all work, the heating element is working, the compass, all windings show the same resistance. Hello.
