We bought a new Hansa ZWM 428 WEH PMM, connected it, opened the water tap and water began to fill the PMM. It looks like the float is stuck.
I would call the service center and have them come and pick it up for repair, and during the repair, of course, ask for a replacement machine, they must provide it by law.
