Where can I find such pipes? ⇐ General questions about dishwashers

Good afternoon!
Electrolux ESL 46050 gave error 10 (no water supply). During disassembly, I discovered a torn pipe from which water was pouring into the PMM pan. The service catalog does not provide for replacement of the original. Plumbing stores deny it, saying, “We’ve never had anything like this before.” I don’t want to buy a whole new pump at all.
