Bosch machine, built-in, wide. It has been in use for quite a long time (eight years, probably already), although, as a rule, not very intensively.
Combi tablets are mainly used. Salt was not used regularly. Water accumulates. It does not turn on.
Before the first attempt to flush the drain, voltage appeared on the housing, and the RCD did not work, although it is quite sensitive and it goes out at once, sometimes for no reason at all.
The drain hose cannot be unscrewed without disassembling the housing. I hit it a little with the pump - it started up a couple of times. Then it doesn’t turn on again and there is water at the bottom.
What is the best way to correct the situation and whether the reason could be something else (other than a clogged drain). Is it possible to use something like "Mole" or can it completely ruin the machine.

Please tell me which model of drain hose can be used for the Korting 45165 dishwasher.
The machine began to leak and displays error e4. The machine has not been fully checked yet, but to the touch it feels like the drain hose is cracked.
