Dear dishwasher owners! We are trying to collect here as much useful information as possible about dishwashers, so if you have something to say, say it. :-) (even without registration)
Having served faithfully for nine years (on average, one wash per day), the Hotpoint Ariston LST53977X 36702691000 dishwasher issued error code 6 - no water flowing. Having unscrewed the inlet hose, I checked the inlet filter - almost clean (at the entrance to the apartment there is a 400 micron mud filter, a Honeywell 100 micron backwash, coal [carbon] and ion exchange resin). Putting the dishwasher on its side and removing the bottom, I measured the resistance of the inlet solenoid valve - ~20 MOhm, i.e. he burned. Attention, questions:
My valve/ hose Eltek 100390 8B2.5l/min 6VA. Will the Eaton 100390 hose fit?07 3.5l/min 12VA? Or can you install any hose, as long as the diameters and voltage (220V AC) match? The diameter of the internal hose is 16 mm, at the fitting - 17 mm, the fitting itself is ~10 mm. (I’m not sure about the accuracy - you can’t get close with the hose on).
In located on the side (water and air intake) and below (next to the container for softening salt ) I noticed reddish-brownish contamination in the containers. How critical is this? How can I liquidate it?
Is the hose clamp (with two tabs) disposable or reusable? What is the name of? If reusable, how to remove it correctly? And if it’s disposable, will any one be suitable and how much can it be tightened?
Since I’ve already disassembled the PMM, what preventative measures make sense to take? I wanted to clean the filter in front of the recirculation pump, but I couldn’t find it.
Thank you very much in advance for your detailed answers.

Kind people suggested that the container located below (in the first photo on the right, and in the third on the left) contains an ion exchange resin for pseudo-softening water.

the drain pump is new, the hose is clean, everything is purged, but when the water starts to drain, there is a bubbling noise inside the dishwasher from the propeller of the drain pump, but the water does not drain, as if there is no pressure or something else I can’t remember
Please tell me, is the inlet hose with aquastop suitable only for the original one or can I buy it from another dishwasher? And is it possible, instead of a hose with an aquastop, to buy an aquastop itself, install it in the dishwasher, and attach a regular inlet hose to it (like for washing machines)?
Electrolux dishwasher. There is constant voltage on the water fill valve. Accordingly, excess water is drained into the pan and the drain is turned on. I took it apart and all the sensors are clean. I don’t understand what the reason is. In the board or in the pressure switch. It’s electronic here.

On November 13, 2023 I wrote a question and no one answered anything. I solved the problem myself. There was a problem: when the PMM is plugged into the socket, the water inlet valve immediately activates and does not turn off. Replacing the TY 3001 semistor in the circuit for switching on the water supply valve, then replacing the resistor R3163 with a nominal value of 47 Ohms (burned out),...
Dear specialists and simply experienced users!
Our family has recently grown. And my husband, as a way to free me from routine slave labor, offered to buy a dishwasher. :victory:
This is very cool, but the assortment makes your eyes wide open! I googled and didn’t find anything useful. Maybe someone will take pity on the young family and suggest a good option?
The following is needed...

Hello!
Please tell me which one is better to buy? dishwasher indesit disr 16b eu (Poland) or hansa zim 436 eh (China)
I’m really looking forward to it!
Thank you.
I’m finally ready to buy a dishwasher. I thought I’d quickly surf the Internet and choose an inexpensive but functional one. No matter how it is))). I was 100% determined only on the size and type - full-size, fully built-in. But then it’s a little difficult. The only thing that came to the rescue (so to speak) was that the funds were limited by approximately 28 thousand rubles. In general, after...

Before purchasing PMM, I not only read the production and store characteristics of the machines and compared prices, but also leafed through the PMM ratings for the last 3-5 years, etc. I rummaged around on sites with reviews (with home photographs of PMM from the writers, so that it would not turn out that they were writing about who knows what). I made the choice in favor of Siemens SR64E002 ....
