There was a power surge throughout the entire entrance. After all the markings worked, they called the housing and communal services electrical service. They measured the grounding and all showed 400 Volts. They were doing something in the shields. The sockets worked, but the dishwasher did not. Could the board burn out if it was plugged into the socket but did not work? The voltage surge made a noise as if it was starting to work.
