Replacing the lower door seal ⇐ Bosch

The Bosch SRV55T03EU dishwasher began to leak. I removed the front wooden panel - it turned out that the lower door seal had broken. The seal is quite peculiar (see picture) catalog number 00357028. I can’t figure out how to replace it. I completely removed the front cover of the dishwasher. The powerful door opening springs are not fixed and this makes replacement work very difficult. Can anyone help with advice? I couldn’t find any instructions on the Internet. It seems like everything should be very simple. The sequence of operations is unclear. You need to simultaneously hold the springs, the disconnected door, replace the plastic inserts with the seal and secure it all with 4 screws
