The problem is the following, the machine is a little over a year old, no longer under warranty, it worked fine, recently they started the cycle as usual, after a while Error E27 came on, "low voltage in the network"
After that, when I turn on the machine, the time of the selected dishwashing mode blinks, as expected, but when I press "start" the time stands still, no sounds , the car is simply silent, the time lights up on the display but nothing happens. I usually reset the mode, the mode was reset and that’s it, we didn’t use the machine, yesterday I decided to try to start it again, the symptoms are the same, it sits, is silent, after some time it showed error E-02 and the tap icon is on. Error e 02 stands for "NTC sensor error (temperature sensor)". Has anyone encountered this, can you advise me, is there any way to clear all errors in the machine’s memory?

E02 - heater relay defect. It’s on the main board. Before each wash cycle, the dishwasher undergoes a short test to ensure its functionality.
