 repair/replacement of the aquastop system

Hello everyone!

I need help!
The mouse chewed the electrical wire of the aquastop system. Some kind of avenger. There is no poison, it bypasses traps((

I tried to install the cable, but I couldn’t get it to work.
How to disable this system?
How to fix this system?
The option with a shutdown is preferable.

The faucet is on, does not reset. The car was tilted, rocked, and the cable was generally chewed up.
