 Bosch 60E12RU errors E14 and E18

Good morning! Please help me with a compact Bosch PMM. Mostly it gives error E14, sometimes E18, and periodically it just works and completes the entire cycle without problems. At the same time, at the beginning of turning on any program, except for rinsing (this program always runs for 15 minutes without errors or any problems), some kind of “taking off” sound appeared 3-4 times, after which either the faucet lights up and subsequently E14 (most often), or the faucet does not light up and subsequently it is also unpredictable - either E18, or no problem...

So, has anyone solved the problem? For me, E18 also came on first and the water did not drain after completing the program. I thought the hose might be clogged, so I cleaned everything out. I put the machine in place, turned on the rinsing, ran it quickly, and it rustled for a minute and from 00.15 jumped to 00.01 and issued E14. Now it doesn’t work at all and all programs end the same way after working for a couple of minutes E14.

They brought the same E14 for repair. I think engine The dispenser doesn’t drive at all at its speed until I figure it out.

Called the repair service. Everything was fixed at home. We disassembled it at home, removed the reed switch, and re-soldered it. They put it in place. Everything is working.

I tried to disassemble it myself, but I couldn’t...
I called a technician and they replaced the water flow sensor (the old one was broken...)
So far the flight is normal.
the issue price is 3000 rubles.

I solved the problem by connecting the machine to hot water. I’ll say right away that the instructions say that on some machines you can connect to a hot one by changing the settings in the menu. Mine doesn’t have such an item in the menu, I did it at my own risk. I suspect that the problem is in the flow meter - it is sticking. It is washed with hot water and starts working. Our water is hard, which may have something to do with it. It has been working without any problems for more than two months. The washing quality is very good. That is, no worse than cold.

Hi all! There was also a problem with the Bosch compact PMM, manifested by errors E14 and E18. The first thing I checked was the reed switch, it turned out to be working. Then I noticed that the narrow channel of the water drain-fill system was clogged in the side plastic container. I removed this container, poured warm (almost hot) water, adding dishwashing detergent, left it for a while, then rinsed it, periodically tapping the area of the blockage so that the dirt would come off. As a result, it turned out that a float was hidden under the blockage, which was jammed and did not perform its functions. I assembled the machine, turned it on, everything works. May be useful to someone :) Thanks forum members! After reading the section, it became approximately clear where to dig.

tell me where to find this master! We called one and said that it was possible to change it together with the pump only and it would cost at least 8 thousand. Are you in Moscow?

Sent after 2 minutes 40 seconds:

Can you tell me about repairmen if you are in Moscow? Otherwise we were told to only change it along with the pump.

Good afternoon. After three months of working on hot water, everything happened again. Error e14 and e18. I took it apart and found no dirt. I bought a water flow sensor for 800 rubles - a reed switch. Changed it - everything is ok. For those who cannot remove the water supply grate, it simply unscrews along the thread.

You remove the body. Then you unscrew the grille from the inside and remove the tank, having first disconnected the hoses. The board with the reed switch is simply snapped into the plastic of the tank on the inner side. You hook it with a screwdriver and take it out with the board.
