Bosch SPS53E02RU error E15
Aqua-Stop has worked - error E15 is on - water has entered the pan.
How to remove it from there? I would like to see what’s in there.
How can it be pulled out or do I need to disassemble the car?
I have not found adequate instructions for disassembling the car anywhere.
If you disassemble, then please order - what to remove after what.
Thank you.

Re: Bosch SPS53E02RU error E15
Problem with built-in Bosch dishwasher. E:15 on the screen. I unscrewed the side screws that secure the machine to the headset, pulled out the machine, tilted it in front - at 45 degrees, held it for 10 seconds, 100 ml poured out of it. water. I assume that this water has accumulated at the bottom of the machine, where the sensor is located. The machine worked!!!
The problem arose when clearing a clog in the sink (the machine drain is connected to the sink siphon). From the sink, water under pressure from the plunger flooded the machine, but the machine did not work. Initially, there was no error on the screen (the noise from the operation of the drain pump alerted me), the display did not light up, it did not respond to pressing the buttons, but after pressing two buttons at the same time, the error was displayed (poked at random).
Thanks for the good advice!

Re: Bosch SPS53E02RU error E15
The malfunction appeared after an attempt to replace the tablets with a simple Fairy. There was a sea of foam. After reading the tips on rolling out and tilting, I decided to simplify everything to the point of slamming the doors. Hooray!!! three times was enough.
Re: Bosch SPS53E02RU error E15
Thank you! I love our country! I just cracked it without taking it out the door, and it all worked!!!
Re: Bosch SPS53E02RU error E15
BOSCH SPS63M02, while cleaning the machine with a special tablet, generated error E15.
The compressor works, but does not fill with water. You can’t turn off the machine with a button, you had to pull out the cord.
I cured the machine with some persuasion and a good shake.
Error E15 disappeared, everything works.

Re: Bosch SPS53E02RU error E15
I bought a Bosch SMV50E30 dishwasher. According to the package, there is a closer, but upon inspection I did not find one, except for the cables with which the door slams. Does anyone know what these closers look like?
Re: Bosch SPS53E02RU error E15
Built-in dishwasher - solved the problem using the above method. I unscrewed 2 side screws, pulled it halfway and pushed it back and forth, connected the electricity and everything worked) Hurray! Thank you)
Re: Bosch SPS53E02RU error E15
They called a technician from the official service center. (Call 3245, Moscow) the master’s verdict: the pump accumulator needs to be changed. Upon inspection, he found a leak between the washing chamber and the drain hole. (In other words, a leak in the sealant due to a temperature difference) The official service does not deal with lubrication. Maybe there are people here who removed the old sealant and coated it with new? What sealant did you use? (Company and purpose). Once again I repeat the trick and tilt helped for 2 weeks after error E15 again
Re: Bosch SPS53E02RU error E15
Thanks everyone for the advice! The machine is built-in, I didn’t want to take it out, I hit the tray with my palm several times, the error disappeared!
Re: Bosch SPS53E02RU error E15
A week ago E15 caught fire. Pulled it out, tilted it, the error disappeared for 1 week. Now I started turning on E15 after every wash. The tilt helps, but the machine is built-in, it’s very inconvenient to use it like that.
I decided to take it apart. Turned it upside down and removed the pan. Visual inspection - traces of salts around the edge of the largest crap (I don’t know what it is, there’s probably a tenge there), located strictly in the center of the bottom.
It is clear that the gasket is leaking. I was afraid to immediately disassemble, wash and reassemble, since I don’t have a gasket. For now I just washed the pan with the float (also a lot of salts) and put everything in place.
Does anyone know how to determine the catalog number of this gasket and what sealant it can be installed on?

Re: Bosch SPS53E02RU error E15
. Excellent) your advice helped me) although the built-in one is difficult to get out) but I got it out myself) I unscrewed the bolts) otherwise I was so upset about the breakdown (((Leonid: Why look at this water? The pump did not work or broke down, so the water did not drain.
The float may be stuck. Try tilting the machine, maybe it will come out.![]()
In general, the top cover is probably removed first, then the side is unscrewed. You can find where the drain hose is connected, disconnect it and tilt the machine to drain the water into the basin.
Re: Bosch SPS53E02RU error E15
It seems that in addition to any leaks, the sensor reacts to the load level of the washing machine. Because after I knocked on the bottom of the machine (out of anger that nothing was helping), the error disappeared, but when I turned it on again it appeared again. I tapped the bottom again and decided to reduce the load. It seems to have been washing for half an hour

Re: Bosch SPS53E02RU error E15
And how can it react to the load level? There are no scales, like in washing machines.
Re: Bosch SPS53E02RU error E15
During operation, about 8 years, the second time error e 15, everything was eliminated by tilting the body of the washing machine forward, only 1 time there was no water in the tray, and now half a glass of water has flowed out, well, there are difficulties with the fact that it is built-in, don’t bother. don’t loosen anything, you just need to wipe the rubber seals with a damp cloth more often, and you’ll be happy...
Re: Bosch SPS53E02RU error E15
thanks for the advice! I rocked the car and seemed to come to my senses.. it’s strange that there’s not a word in the instructions about this error..
Re: Bosch SPS53E02RU error E15
The machine is in its fourth year, and this error began to appear periodically. Thanks to rocking (according to your advice), the error disappears for a while, about two weeks, and then hello again (((Can you tell me how to get rid of it completely? Thanks in advance.
Re: Bosch SPS53E02RU error E15
I thank the person who told me to tilt it, you are a genius
I sat for 2 hours wondering what to do:-( thank you very much

Re: Bosch SPS53E02RU error E15
Good day, friends! I came home from the garage in the evening, tired, and my wife said something was wrong with the dishwasher.... Error E15, at that moment I didn’t want to do anything at all.. Thank you for the practical advice! I read and learned a lot of interesting things... I chose the most suitable one, because... I couldn’t tilt the built-in machine...))))) I began to try to repair it in Russian)))) I turned on the machine, the error was on, the motor was humming, first I knocked on the inside as it was written, it didn’t help, I was already starting to get upset, closed the door and knocked on the door lightly, then harder, and then he hit the bottom of the door again and voila, everything turned off, the error went out! Everything works as before! I thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for the practical advice....they really made life easier!))))

Re: Bosch SPS53E02RU error E15
The faucet icon and E15 were periodically humming and lighting up. When washing the roofing felt it froze, or this is how it should be with this error. It did not respond to pressing the Power and Reset buttons. I tried turning off the power, but it didn’t help. The machine is built-in, I really didn’t want to take it out. I opened the door, unscrewed the filter mesh and washed it with running hot water. I turned the grid back on and it worked. It went out as if it was off, but when you pressed Power it turned on in normal mode. I idled for the minimum cycle. It’s still working.
Re: Bosch SPS53E02RU error E15
I have a built-in dishwasher. Also error E-15. I did a simpler thing - I knocked several times with my fist (not hard, but noticeably) on the bottom of the dishwasher from the inside, first removed the drawer for dishes, and unplugged the dishwasher from the outlet. It helped, the error disappeared)
Re: Bosch SPS53E02RU error E15
Thank you!!!!! the sink got scared when it was removed (installed) and started working!!!!
Re: Bosch SPS53E02RU error E15
Internet thing. Half the weekend is gone. And after your advice, ten minutes was enough. Everything worked.
Re: Bosch SPS53E02RU error E15
Thanks for the advice!!! I had to dismantle half of the kitchen to get the Bosch that had already grown into the concrete. I couldn’t decide for a whole month. I drove the car with the error for several days. Nothing! I took it apart...And when, after a couple of bends forward, the machine miraculously turned off, my joy knew no bounds!!!
Re: Bosch SPS53E02RU error E15
Thank you SO MUCH for the advice, forum members! I checked how the dishes could be washed with a hand cleaner, the result: error e15!!!
was saved by the magic "extend and tilt". YAY!

Re: Bosch SPS53E02RU error E15
I had a similar story with a continuation. The 2010 Bosch built-in machine worked for 6 years without any complaints. Suddenly, before the May holidays, I issued E15 and a faucet, everything was as it should be. I was on vacation and wasn’t home for 2 weeks. It dried out in 2 weeks, but the error did not disappear. Then I read this forum and knocked inside with my fist quite hard on all the walls and bottom. Oh, it worked! A month and a half later, the same mistake, only there is no vacation, and my wife washes the dishes with her hands and whines
. I knocked, shook, but to no avail. Well, in general this is logical - if water gets into the pan once, then it will continue to get there in the future. Therefore, I decided to disassemble the machine and fix the leak. I sorted it out for over an hour. I saw small streaks of grease on the lower plastic flange on which the pump and everything else are attached. I took it off, thoroughly cleaned everything of grease and dirt and lightly coated the gasket with silicone sealant, after which I installed everything in place. Assembling the machine takes just over an hour. I let the sealant dry for about 16 hours, then ran a test wash without dishes. It turned out cool: the machine turns on and after 5 minutes the wash ends without errors. And so on any program. And there is no description of such a case on the Internet. Useful to look. It turned out that while pushing the machine into place, the water supply hose was crushed. I corrected it, and everything finally worked
.

Re: Bosch SPS53E02RU error E15
A similar problem: the faucet, E15, does not respond to the buttons, there is water at the bottom that has not been pumped out by the pump. The solution I tested is the following. Remove the plug from the socket, then plug it in again, set the rinse program (to finish the cycle quickly), and close the door. There will be zero reaction. Next, take the drain hose with your hand (I have it attached to the wall in the form of a loop), and pull it up and down. After which the water will gurgle and the machine will begin to carry out the program. This is advice for the laziest, like me
. Obviously, the effect is based on the creation of variable pressure in the hydraulic circuit due to the movement of the mass of water located in the drain hose. At the same time, something in him seems to move out of place, or something like that.

Re: Bosch SPS53E02RU error E15
The reason turned out to be tritely simple: a plug of insoluble food debris formed at the junction of the drain hose with the sewer.
Re: Bosch SPS53E02RU error E15
The error was corrected, but it was not enough to just tilt/swing; I had to almost lay the machine on its face, and a significant amount of water poured out of it.
Re: Bosch SPS53E02RU error E15
Thanks for the advice - I pulled it out a little and shook it and everything was OK!
Re: Bosch SPS53E02RU error E15
There is another way.
By the way, stop writing that I tilted it and everything worked out!!! The topic is 95% full with these messages!!! I got tired before I read it to the end!!!!
So. BOCSH machine, error E15, built-in. To summarize, everything that is written occurs when water gets into the pan. By the way, the name pan, in my understanding, has always been associated with whether there is some kind of liquid periodically or always. Here this thing serves to mount most of the units, including the control board, and the entire machine also sits on it.
Brilliant German engineers placed a sensor in the middle of this tray so that it turns off the machine when a small amount has accumulated below There is water that cannot be removed so easily and there are no drain plugs. Their special ingenuity lies in the fact that it is impossible to turn off the machine except by unplugging it from the outlet; it will periodically turn on the pump ad infinitum.
Water usually forms in the pan for two reasons:
1. Cleaning liquid was poured inside, which creates a lot of foam.
2. Gaskets or seals have begun to leak.
(there are also exceptional breakdowns, as they wrote above, that a rat gnawed the leakage sensor itself:)
If you have the first case, then the tilt option helps. The water just pours out. Sometimes the television method of hitting with a fist works.
I couldn’t get the machine out, apparently this is impossible without removing the tabletop, and it’s made of stone and glued to the wall.
I found another option. We climb down and remove it if there is a decorative border. We see a plastic tray and it is covered with an iron casing, which is held on by only two screws (stars). We unscrew it, hook it up, and it comes off. Behind it comes the sound insulation (felt crap), which is simply removed. All! Then you can reach inside with your hand and, for example, with a paper towel, remove the bulk of the water. Don’t forget to disconnect the machine from the network!
After that everything starts working!!!
If you wish, you can consider if there is one and from where. leak. I think that with basic knowledge of a proctologist, it is possible to repair certain leaks :)
Good luck to everyone.

Re: Bosch SPS53E02RU error E15
Hello, dear brothers in error E15)
I would like to share with you my opus on this problem. I have a Bosh 45ka Dishwasher (hereinafter referred to as DWM), built-in, I can’t tell you the exact model, no more than 3 years old.
So, a few weeks ago the E15 error came on, all the symptoms are the same as everyone else’s, the “E15” screen lights up, the drain works, no amount of persuasion and dancing with a tambourine would clear this error.
And I decided use the universal wisdom, in all forums of which it is described that you need to shake, tilt, waltz with lunges at 45 degrees and a miracle will happen.
Naturally I did this and a miracle happened!!! The family is happy!! I am once again the Hero of my social unit!!!
This is how the story would have ended, but after a while this error began to appear with enviable consistency, first in the “Castle” mode.
And every time I had to dig out the PPM from under the table top with all the accompanying preludes.
And then the day came when my dear PPM began to work only in the rinsing mode; in all other modes, in the middle of the process it began to display E15!! I’m already starting to dream about this E15!!! I woke up in the morning 3 minutes before the alarm, because... E15 blinked before my eyes to the sound of the drain pump!!!
Of course, neither me nor my family were at all happy with washing dishes with our hands, we had lost the habit of such “charms.”
At first I decided to call the service men, but after reading on the forums for what tugriks they only come for and then they give you additional drugs, etc. I scratched the back of my head a lot...
Having examined myself, I mentally took inventory of my body for the necessary devices, the list included: 2 arms protruding from the shoulders, the organs of touch functioned as normal, judging by tapping, the skull did not reveal any empty cavities.
Based on the inventory, a decision was made to enter the clinch with a PPM.
To do this, the first thing I did was describe the prelude plan, after which I had to go on board the PPM.
First of all, I started by sifting through the Internet for all the reasons that could cause the E15 error. By the way, the entire Internet is 99% full of one solution: shake, rotate, tilt, etc. All!!! Where are the reasons!?!? Where are the reasons I ask you?? If water spills out when you tilt the PPM, then where does it come from??? (if anything, this is a rhetorical question)).
But I am a stubborn person, and I still identified several reasons for myself that can cause E15, here is the hit parade:
1. Instead of taking pills, people decided to cheat and fill the fairies. m.a.l.a.d.ts.y. What else can you say;)
Of course the foam poured over the door and the protection worked.
2. Contamination of the sealing gum, respectively, through a piece of half-eaten meat stuck to the sealing gum, water passes through.
3. The filter in the pan above the circulation pump is dirty.
4. The circulation pump is dirty.
5. The drain into the sewer is clogged, or the drainage is very poor
6. Drain pump dirty
7. Leak between pump and steel tank. (you open the door and at the bottom you see plastic bells and whistles, but at the junction with the metal it can leak.
8. Somewhere the hose inside the car is cutting.
Well, that’s actually all that I have determined for myself.
Next, I watched several videos about eliminating the E15 error, the only thing that helped me there were several videos of a certain very smart comrade in a red overall.
The comrade is really very smart, but because he really wants to share with his incredible knowledge in the field of PMM, he begins his opuses with the fact that when the earth was cold... then birds appeared.. in general, I didn’t watch a single video of his to the end because I was inevitably carried away to Morpheus. I even thought of putting Bookmark his video in case of insomnia, it really helps.
So what am I talking about?! Ah! yes!!, so after all of the above, it was time to board the anti-aircraft missile.
To cut off all the unknowns a strategy was developed, namely, in stages:
1.Rinsing the filter
2.Removing the plug from the circulation pump for visual inspection and identification of contamination. (video on this topic up to the navel), by the way, it is located right under point No. 1.
3. Cleaning all rubber seals.
4. Disconnecting the drain hose, starting the machine while rinsing, making sure that water flows out of the machine normally when draining.
5. By the way, we also check the drainage into the sewer for unhindered water flow.
If all of the above does not reveal the problem, then move on to the next steps (by the way, at all further stages of assembly and disassembly you will need 2 screwdrivers: with a star bit (number I don’t remember), a simple screwdriver, no other tool is needed at all!))
Next, having crossed ourselves, turning off the water supply and electricity, we begin disassembling:
6. Under the door, there is a metal casing, it is attached with only 2 screws, we unscrew it and remove it.
In front of you are all the components and assemblies, we carry out a visual inspection for smudges and leaks. (perhaps everything will become clear to you by now). In my case, I didn’t have enough visibility and had to remove the side metal covers. They are attached to the ears and on one screw, but to get to the screw you need to remove the small casing that covers the cord from the door closer,
Here it is: Fig1
It is attached to clips, just carefully pry it off with a screwdriver.
Next, unscrew the screw, remove the metal casing, and do the same on the other side.
Next we remove the sound insulation, and voila!! You can view ALL components and assemblies!
Fig2
Next I did so, turned on the PPM and started it for a quick wash.
Having acquired a flashlight, I lay down at the PPM in wait-and-see mode “where the radio is.”
Well, what can I say, whoever searches will always find, in intensive mode washing with the maximum water temperature in the machine, I saw this Manneken Pis!!!
As it turned out, the rubber seal between the tank and the pump (we’ll call it that) was etched.
Fig3
Further actions took a clear outline.
I knew from the Internet that the PMM needed to be torn apart, the whole thing removed, degreased, siliconized and reassembled in order.
Everything needed was available at home (universal degreaser/strong plumbing silicone).
If you once loved playing Minesweeper on the computer in pro mode and opened the entire field with enviable consistency, then the following steps are for you!!!
Having crossed ourselves again, we begin:
1. Drain the water from the machine.
2. Turn off the water and unplug it.
3. Place cloths around the machine
4. The side covers and sound insulation were still removed in the previous act. We turn the car over (I turned it over the right side, if you were facing it).
We turn it over carefully, without sudden movements, to the sounds of gurgling PMM.
Fig4 Fig5
5. We remove the door closers. We pry up the spring and pull it towards ourselves, pulling out the entire mechanism. Because I used to often have extra parts left after assembling, or during assembly I didn’t understand how it was, I advise you to take a photograph of it before each removal of anything, it inspires peace of mind and will I be able to assemble it later!)
Similar Operation We also carry out on the other side.
6. Then the most interesting thing begins, the main thing is that we don’t tear anything, don’t hit anything, consider that you are clearing a mine.
I decided that I wouldn’t tighten the water intake hose (it’s flimsy, I was afraid that when pulling it I’d tear it or, on the contrary, I wouldn’t tighten it later ), so I did everything very carefully.
• We remove the aquastop sensor, at the bottom, put two holes (clips) on top, insert a screwdriver into them, the sensor falls into the car.
Fig6
• Remove the casing at the inlet of hoses and wires, disconnect the wiring of the aquastop sensor
Fig7 Fig8
Next, we unclip 4 clamps, 2 on each side, plus two clamps from the box with brains, hold it so that it does not quickly hang on the wires.
Fig9
Well, then we begin to slowly carefully and symmetrically pull the pallet upward.
We look from all sides so that no wire gets caught by accident when pulling, consider yourself unscrewing the detonator of a hydrogen bomb with evaporation on your forehead, with a detached and concentrated face!! You tear something off and go to half a continent!
As I wrote before, in my case I pulled out the water intake hose without disconnecting it, in the photo it is in a blue frame, the other marks are the undocking points when removing the pan.
Fig10
By the way, we don’t pay attention to the closers, it’s just that when I “removed the detonator” I had no time for photos, and photos from the early period.
Total we have this picture:
Fig11
Then we gradually inspect everything, see which wires are holding and disconnect them from the units. If I’m not mistaken, we had to disconnect a couple of contacts, they are very easy to remove, everything is latched.
Pull the drain hose off the pipe (highlighted in yellow in the previous photo).
All that remains is to remove the entire head, which is adjacent to the hole in the metal tank.
To do this, we climb inside the car, unscrew 4 screws, remove the plastic rod that runs along the back wall, it is attached to clips, just enough pry it off with a screwdriver.
Fig12
That’s it!!!
Carefully lift the “detonator”!!!)))
Fig13 Next, it’s a matter of cleaning the rubber seal (it can’t be removed, we clean it in place), thoroughly degrease everything, and take out their wide trouser legs... silicone!!!
Fig14
Next we carefully coat everything, both plastic and metal.
We begin to assemble the hydrogen bomb!!!
nAnd now we perform all the manipulations in reverse order.
Leave it for 12 hours to allow the silicone to dry. And we do a test launch.
As a result, I can say this, at first, of course, I thought that I would have to disassemble the spaceship, but when I disassembled it, it turned out that the PMM is as simple as a broom, it can be assembled and disassembled it’s in knots. The main thing here is to decide and do it.
By the way, after the machine was repaired, I returned to healthy sleep with normal erotic fantasies, morning wigwams and no “E15” anymore!!!
I hope my opus will help someone.
Good for everyone!;)
Regards Sergo-78-Spb
P.S. I wanted to insert text with a photo, but unfortunately it’s a shame((This resource does not allow this((
